In order to be able to help you with problems and questions, please follow our General Support Rules.
We try to answer all your questions as soon as possible, as long as you use the right support tools.
Support we give you exclusively:
- on our TS3 server in the support area
- in our forum on our website
- through our ticket system (in the menu of our website)
- by mail at ->support@triberians.de
We will not answer your inquiries via PN (private message) . Please also stop requests about the Steamchat. These are private instruments where we generally do not answer or process any inquiries.
Please remember that other users may have the same problems or questions.
The easiest solution would be to ask your question in our forum, so that everyone can see it and maybe another user has the answer already. Or that everyone after you that has the same question, don´t have to wait for one of us to answer.
Important:
Please keep in mind that we only provide support for topics that have something to do with „The Triberians“. We do not provide requests for computer or server problems.
We do not sponsor any clans and we are not a game server provider.
This is a private side and not a commercial one.
We do everything by ourselves........we host our own gameserver and pay for everything on our own.
Anyone who wants do to a project like ours, should consider the cost and work it needs.......nothing is for free. |
